I'm having a problem with the tech support website. They seem to have changed it and I can no longer add a comment to an open ticket. There's no "reply" button and the "quote" button takes me to the marketing page! Is anyone else having this problem?
So I opened another new ticket to tell them, and after about 3 days there's been absolutely no reply at all. Are they all on holiday?
