I have 5 different accounts, all incoming emails are being filtered and moved to a ‘common inbox folder’, according to the conditions entered in shorting office.
A ‘common virtual folder’ created and named “New Keywords”. This folder is watching the ‘Common Inbox Folder’ and shall display all inbox messages, text of which does not contain any of the shorting office common filter pre-defined keywords.
The trouble is that the new keyword common virtual folder is not displaying the messages properly.
For your information displays all common inbox messages (is not excluding the pre-defined keywords of the BT shorting office common filter.)
Can you please guide me, how can I overcome this problem?
