FIlters: Wav file sound cutoff, The WAV file is never completely played

I use these as night alarms so I play very long music files at maximum volume to wake me up, but The Bat only plays a few seconds and then stops playback. Is there a way to tell the software to play the entire WAV file?

Instead of 'Play a sound' try with 'Run external action' and send a command to Windows Media Player or another player with the path to .wav as a parameter.
