Upgrade from Home 5.x to Pro 5.x, How to upgrade

But I do not see an option for upgrading from Home 5 to Pro 5. How can this be done? Also, is Voyager an extra purchase, or does it come with Pro 5? Thanks!

I don't know whether there's a reduced upgrade fee from home to pro, I think there used to be.
