What gives with the threading? Emails in the IMAP accounts do not thread correctly.

I have the same account downloading via both POP3 and IMAP. The POP3 shows the replies in a correct hierarchy but the IMAP does not just puts them all under the original doesn't put them in the respectful reply thread.

Any suggestions?
