Full list and vs postbox, wrong comparison?, Bat no SSL and IMAP??

Hi,
I was and am looking to get a powerful email client that will handle 10-15 IMAP email accounts and wont choke on them like Windows Live mail that freezes whole OS for 2 minutes because it has no muscle to work the 12 IMAP accounts at once.

So I wanted to compare the BAT to other available clients and I came across the comparison chart:

http://email-client.findthebest.com/compare/3-10/The-Bat-vs-Postbox

1. So this chart shows that The Bat does not support IMAP and SSL?  is this right?
2. if this isn't right, is bat able to handle 10-15 IMAP accounts with ease?
3. where can I see the FULL client specs?

Thanks in advance.

The Bat supports IMAP and it works well. I am basically a POP user so I am not the best one to tell you about many accounts

If you want specs, look here
https://www.ritlabs.com/en/products/thebat/

And keep asking questions. (This is a user to user forum and Ritlabs does not monitor it)

I think it is the best client out there and I have tried several. You can do almost anything you want BUT some of the stuff has a bit of a learning curve. I have been with it for several years and learn something new every week (at least!)  :D

TB supports TSL, but not its predecessor SSL. For myself I'm currently using two IMAP accounts over TLS (Gmail and something else)
When the club I'm performing postmaster services for, changed fr om one ISP to another I used TB to monitor ten imap accounts on the old server and the same ten accounts with the new ISP, that made twenty (21 with my gmail account) imap accounts over TLS that I monitored without any speed issues.
TB was also the tool I used to move the messages fr om the old accounts to the new ones.
The TB version I was using those days was an early v5 beta.

AFAIK there is no limit to the number of accounts that TB supports, you might run into bandwidth issues or lim ited disk space.

Keep in mind that the way IMAP works means that IMAP is faster with an account with 10 folders with each 1000 messages than with an account with 100 folders with each 100 messages, because the IMAP protocol needs to check every folder. So lim iting the number of IMAP folders might enhance the speed of Live Mail, but I haven't any extensive experience with Live Mail and IMAP.

Thanks for the answers I managed to set ViewMode way i wanted except columns are not flexible they are set width no matter how I resize program window.
I currently installed the trial version of Bat and generally I am impressed with speed. it is quite fast and seems powerful.
TB is ruled out from my selection. its discontinued and super ugly. If I ever use it it'd be Postbox version of it.
I am checking it out right now, there are some things that are very annoying, for example the columns do not resize percentage wise based on Applicaiton window size.
