I have the latest version of the Voyager installed. I have also configured it to play a sound when new mail arrives. It is a short *.wav file which I have put in the installation directory of the Voyager on the USB and pointed the Voyager to it.
However, no sound is played, although when I "test" it in the screen of the Voyager where this sound is set, it tests OK.
Also: the free GMAIL has not problem to play the sound and does so without fail when the *.wav file is set as the Windows default sound for new mail.
