When I go to customize the main window's toolbar and move/add/delete icons then click OK, when they display on the screen, they are not in the order I set them in the customize window. Am I doing something wrong?

Go back into customize, choose the toolbar you want to adjust then look to the far right to see the icons. On the left side of that pane are move up and move down arrow. Set the order there

When I set the order on the right, it reverts to a different order on the real toolbar when I click OK and the toolbar refreshes.
