Any word on a new release of TB! ?

This is the longest time, that I can remember, between releases of TB!. Does anyone know when we can expect a new one?

As the full user interface is rewritten/redsigned, there's quite a number bugs of bugs in the current beta, so it might take a while, but they're working hard...

Okay. Thanks!

Beta isn't something that should be a secret only accesible to developers like Windows. I think releasing it to the public to get way more stress testing done for those that want to do it is much better.

Make your biggest fans and supporters feel important not neglected. How about a NEWS page or something at least then?

What do your talking about?
Beta versions is not a secret.
Public dounloads of betas available (but links are not on main page).
IMHO betas are only for fans, power users and betatesters.

There are also quite a lot of bugs in the release from last October and there have been zero bugfixes since then...

Believe me, they don't compare as far as bugs are concerned.
Furthermore I thought 3.0.1.33 was a decent release

Thanks for warning me. That means it will probably take at least a year until anything gets fixed. I just switched to Outlook and will only use TB as an email database -- since it doesn't have any real message export functions I can't export my 20,000 messages.

What have you been smoking? Must be pretty strong stuff. This was probably the worst upgrade Ritlabs has ever published. (And also a complete ripoff, but that's another subject.)

I have been a strong supporter of TB for years but since the introduction of V3 support has turned to dislike, dislike has turned to anger and anger is now turning into complete frustration.

I won't agree with that, the current betas are rapidly improving.

The worst was 3.0 (Last September) 3.0.1.33 is actually quite decent, unless you're using IMAP

You're supposed to register as a beta tester first, before you can download betas. You can register here:
