I'm having problems with Favorite Sets and Tab Configuration

I have several accounts and I've setup a color groups called "Waiting Reply"; this works perfectly.

What I would like to do is setup a filter set & tab configuration for ALL my accounts at once so  that when I click on it only the folders & emails in that color group are displayed for all my accounts.

Any ideas would be appreciated
