Shortcut Editor ?

When I open the Shortcut Editor to change the keyboard command for "Get New Mail For All" and try to add "Ctrl + G" in the box it consistently shows "Ctrl+Ctrl" and then reverts to "none". I can add single key commands (that I don't want) but no combination of keys work. What's the trick? TC

Leonid Agapiev Master Posts: 73 Points: 66 Rating: 1 Authority: 1 Joined: 01 September 2014	#2 0 15 December 2014 10:35:36 Try the following: Workspace > Toolbars > Customise > Shortcuts > Main Menu > Tools > Get New Mail for All (double click) > highlight and remove the existing shortcut, if there is already one there > Press and Hold "Ctrl + G" (make sure you press down and hold both keys) > Add > close the window > Apply modified settings when prompted > close the "customise" window > confirm the changes
