Tools menu has vanished on Voyager 6.7.5.1, I can no longer do backups because the Tools menu has vanished

The Tools menu vanished the same evening that I upgraded from Voyager 4.2.9.3 to  6.7.5.1, but I don''t know whether the upgrade was related to the Tools menu vanishing because I also made changes to other menus the same evening.  I've been using The Bat for 12 years and rely heavily on the Tools menu for backing up.  Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get it back?

I've solved the problem.  All I had to do was click "Restore to Default" in the Customize selection, but I was reluctant to do it without knowing more.  I lost my menu customizations but it was worth it to get the Tools menu back and be able to do backups..
