GMail: I can an check messages but can't send them via SMTP

Hello,

As the title says, I can check messages via POP (download them) but I can't send them. The relevant error messages in the log are:

15/02/2016, 10:27:28: SEND  - WARNING: there were no compatible authentication mechanisms detected
!15/02/2016, 10:27:28: SEND  - Server reports error. The response is: 5.5.1  https://support.google.com/mail/answer/14257 c84sm20907436ywb.41 - gsmtp

This is what I think that happened: This is my first time using version 7 and on the first start The Bat! prompted me to enter my Gmail user and password in a Gmail login window. I have several accounts and while the others are working fine, I suspect I skipped this account by accident, this is because the other accounts have The Bat! in the 'connected apps' section of the account security while this account has no The Bat! anywhere.

I don't know how to force The Bat! to show me that login window again to allow The Bat! in the connected apps?

Check with the following settings at Account properties > Transport >

Send Mail
---------------

outgoing smtp = smtp.gmail.com
connection = Secure to dedicated port (TLS)
Port = 465

Then check Authentication > use specific settings

There you can add user name and password

I'm afraid it didn't work :(

I should clarify that up to yesterday it was working fine in version 6. How can I add The Bat! to the "Apps connected to your account" in Google?

Well I managed to add The Bat! v7 to "Connected apps" in the settings of my Google Account but I still can't send email.

This is my log:

My settings are exactly the same as other Gmail accounts that are working fine... What could it be? Why no compatible authentication methods?
