BUG The Bat! Voyager v7.1.18.3 quick search not visible, WinXP, Win2003 quick search not visible FIX ASAP

Hello, on the latest The Bat! Voyager v7.1.18.3 there is this bug:

Windows 2003 server

I assume that you turned Quicksearch on, but you didn't mention that, so just in case: View | Toolbars | Quicksearch.

Yes I did turn it on, how else. You do see the green arrows on my screenshots? The field to enter text is not visible. The green arrows are shown.
This bug is on Windows 2003 server,  Windows XP SP3.

Same Voyager v7.1.18.3 works fine on Windows 7. So this is a bug. Either tell me what to install perhaps some dll is missing etc. Or this is a bug in the Voyager v7.1.18.3. I did not use earlier versions of Voyager so can't speak about them.

Hope this gets fixed soon. Using full search is very inconvenient.
