Can not send e-mails, TheBat receives but does not send e-mails

Turned off antivirus and firewall, does not help. Still can not send e-mails. All was fine untill 3 days ago when we started tour to Finland. We have Wi-Fi in hotel. 2 notebooks can not send e-mails. Can anyone help?

Are any errors appearing in the log? Post a couple and delete the passwords if they are showing
Is it POP or IMAP?
Did it work and then just stop?

Get some log information especially any errors

Can not attach a screenshot of log. TheBat just does not send messages but receiving fine.

Actually none have been sent.

I have POP3 protocol for receiving.

I could send e-mails while at home in Moscow but we are now in Helsinki in a hotel with Wi-Fi, stopped sending when we arrived here.

Sometimes it happens when internet providers block SMTP port (25), so you cannot connect to your own server via this provider. Sometimes they suggest using their own SMTP server.
