Merging old messages?

Hi all.
I need to merge all messages from The Bat! installed on a computer (let's call it B) to another The Bat! installed on a different computer (let's call it A). Both apps in A and B have same email accounts. It happens because B broke and I'm using its hard disk as external drive to A. The Bat! in A has some messages while The Bat! in B has other and different messages. I need to merge them all in A.
Version 7.4.16.
I don't know if I've been able to explain the problem...
Any help?
TIA

I am assuming you use POP. My thought would be to

1. backup the folder on A while TB is NOT running.
2. copy the mail folder from B to overwrite the mail folder on A (do this with TB! closed)
3. Restart TB! and export the mail to eml files - and then close TB.
4. copy the original mail folder from backup back to A
5. restart TB and import the eml files.

You may do it differently, but I think the concept is solid. Maybe someone who has done it will offer a better option. Good luck,

david

Thanks for your reply.

I did it this way.

-Imported Xb account from B to A using "Account->New->Restore->From Home Folder"
-Manually moved messages from Xb (on A) account to Xa account.
-Deleted Xb (on A) account.

That was quite simple.
