Trusted Root CA??

Is there any way to get rid of the icons in the address book that show as "Trusted Root CA and Intermediate Root CA??" I don't really need them there, I only need my personal address book icon.

These are crucial to cetificate handling. I don't think you really want to get rid of them since they hold the certification authority for S/MIME certificates (used for message signing and enryption - not vital if you are certain you will never use S/MIME) and SSL certificates (much more important and fundamental to the use of secure connections to mail servers).

The bottom line answer is no - you can't get rid of them, but I really don't think you would want to. Although it might be nice not to have to see them, they're not doing any harm and are certainly very functional.

Actually, you can get rid of them, just select it and press 'delete', worked fine here, whether you should do so is debatable.
I know that in old time I had all of that extra stuff deleted and v1 gave me no problems, later they didn't bother me anymore (new installs tend to recreate the entries) and at the moment I really need them I suppose.
Just tested the deleting (and restored a back-up of my addrbook.ini) and it still worked.
