Balloon notification?

Balloon notification?, Notify me via balloons when a message arrives!

I get the ticker, but I HATE it. Too distracting, too ugly, too cumbersome. Simple balloons are the best, or Win 10 notifications from the left.

I hope they reconsider and make it OPTIONAL which in my opinion leaves it up the customer to decide!!!!!!!!!!
