Import old backup

I intend to buy a Home license for the new computer. Will I be able to recover my data (accounts, messages and address book), and how? Thank you

Read "Backup and Restore, An approach to export the registry key that contains settings" -- it's about a utility that can help you transfer a The Bat installation to a new computer. Once that has been done, and everything works as before, you can apply an upgrade (simply by installing the new version over the older).
