New buttons on toolbars

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I've tried creating a brand new custom toolbar but that doesn't kame any difference. Regards Brian E

I'm somewhat lost in that case, since over here where one works, the other does too.

Where did you pick the 'park' button from? From the SortingOffice_V3 part or from the MsgCtl collection? You should use the latter, the first is supposed to add a parking action to a filter, so that wouldn't do anything when you're not in the sorting office.
