New buttons on toolbars

I have added some extra buttons to one of the existing toolbars (e.g., park message), but they don't do anything when I click on them. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I've tried creating a brand new custom toolbar but that doesn't kame any difference.

I added 'park' and 'unpark' to the standard toolbar (just for testing) and the functions worked just fine, to which toolbar did you add them?

I added them to the search toolbar and also to a new custom toolbar.

On the quick search they work fine for me too.

I've just tried Park Message button on the Standard Toolbar. Result when clicking on the button (with a message selected in the preview pane): no action. What could be wrong?

Does parking work for you at the same place when you select it from the menu?

Yes

I'm somewhat lost in that case, since over here where one works, the other does too.

Where did you pick the 'park' button from? From the SortingOffice_V3 part or from the MsgCtl collection? You should use the latter, the first is supposed to add a parking action to a filter, so that wouldn't do anything when you're not in the sorting office.

Oh yes, that's the answer. I didn't realise that you had to use buttons from specific places in the list. It's working fine now.  :D
