Cancelling spelling checking

Can I cancel spelling checking AND still send my e-mail? Also, can I set The Bat! to ignore quoted text?
Regards

You can keep TB from cheking the spelling, simply uncheck 'check before send/queue' in the editor. This setting can found at the menu of editor under 'spell checker'. TB is supposed to remember this setting and does so over here.

As far as ignoring quoted text is concerned, I can't make TB check quoted text, it's ignoring it always. When you're quoting text, is each line of quotes preceeded with a '>'? That's the way the spell checker checks whether it's quoted or not.

Many e-mail clients give you the option to send your message anyway even if spell checking is cancelled, but The Bat! doesn't seem to offer that option. If I disable spell checking before sending, will I be notified of errors while I'm typing?

Regarding the question of the quote marks - I'm not sure (I think the answer is probably "no", but I'll have to check when I get home).

You'll be notified about errors while typing, when you check: Spell Checker -> Automatic Checking
in the menu of the editor
