URL Link in the preview

Is this a new feature or a bug, Any new configuration I'm missing? Thanks Max (broken embedded image removed by me - Daniel)

Un-check this checkbox, close and re-open TB!

After that you will see link only in the bottom of window, without "bubbles" near the link. I do use 9.3 version now.
