Always open TB with Unified Mail?, Always open TB with Unified Mail

When I created a "unified mail" folder, how do I make sure that when I open TB it always opens with this folder?

It open always with last folder that you're used to.
AFAIK, there is no "default folder for start".

I created a common virtual folder in which I select the inbox of all accounts. I select it so that TB always opens with this one, but sometimes it happens that TB opens with another folder. I read below that “I can try the command line parameter / FOCUS: https://www.ritlabs.com/en/support/help/77/#6680”. I've tried using the various command line parameters, but I can't find the right one to always open TB with the “common virtual folder” I created. Could you help me on which parameter to use? I do not know for sure if /FOCUS works with common virtual folders, or only with actual physical folders. But it is worth a try.

To use a command line parameter, you must edit the command that is in the desktop shortcut (icon) that you use to launch The Bat. You do this by right-clicking on that icon and choosing Properties. Then you look at the value for Target. That is usually something like "C:\Program Files\The Bat!\TheBat64.exe" (this may be different on your system. Whatever it is, do not change that part). You can put so-called command line parameters behind this.

In your case, if the name of your common virtual folder is MY INBOXES, then you would change the Target value of the shortcut into this command:

"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\TheBat64.exe" /FocusF="\\MY INBOXES"

(but again, if the first part is different on your system, leave that first part as it is).

I don't have global virtual folders.

Did the shortcut work after you edited it -- did The Bat launch without an error message?

Try putting a backslash at the end of your account's name, like this:

"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\TheBat64.exe" /FocusF="\\MY INBOXES\"

( instead of:

"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\TheBat64.exe" /FocusF="\\MY INBOXES"  )
