All messages are not in bold and "The bat keeps flying".

I have checked all the mail and the messages are all marked as read (the writing is not bold). In the "Unread" there is no message. Why does the bat icon keep flying?

Who should I ask? Aren't you the support?

Now looking in all the folders I found 4 unread messages. I read them for more than two seconds (as per settings), but they always remain "unread"!

And if I understand correctly, have you never read all the messages for over 10 years? So do you always have The bat icon that always flies?

I do use theory - "unread message" = task for do something. I never have "0" unread messages many years already. Yes, my icon of TB! is always flying. I don't see this and this not annoying me (all icons hidden in Win10 under "show hidden icons menu" near to clock).

and as for the unread messages that I can't change as read (either after reading them for more than 2 seconds, or right clicking on the message> message> Mark as read) can you tell me something?

I don't have such behavior. For mark as read I do use always a shortcut: CTRL+M.

I don't use it such things in the settings. Do manual marking "as read". AFAIK, it works without problems if checked. Ask support why it not works on your sied.
