Error message: Unable to write to the specified folder...

I tried updating to 9.5.1, but I keep getting this error message and the update won't install:

Unable to write to the specified folder: D:\Program Files\The Bat!\cef\locales\
This is on a new Windows 11 Home x64 laptop purchased about ten days ago.  I installed 9.3.4 on it with no issues, so I'm not sure why 9.5.1 won't.

Does the Security tab in the folder's properties offer any hints?
Have you tried running the installer as Administrator?
I volunteer as a moderator to help keep the forum tidy. I do not work for Ritlabs SRL.

Strangely, there is no option to run as Administrator, but the Security tab helped.  I had to change permissions, and it installed no problem. Never had to do that before.  Thanks for the help!
