Clean/Reset Logs, How to Clean/Reset POP and SMTP Logs

Hi,
I realized that I have 23Gb in the "pop.log" and 1.3Gb in "smtp.log"

a) I have both logs activated. is it necessary in normal condition? (without problems, I mean)
b) if I remove the present ones, (TB not running of course) is there any problem?

a) The basic account log is always 'on' I think, but there's an option for Verbose Logging that you can turn off and you can set a maximum filesize. This is done somewhere in the account Properties. There's also an option for protocol logging (smtp and pop3) that you can turn off if you prefer.

b) Yes, you can delete them without problem.
