Problem with using, Unable to send or recieve email
back  in march of 22 my isp changed over their email to use Office365.  I was unable then to get working then and ran out of time (and patience).  But want to get back to TheBat as it is the best email client and after using Webmail for a year ... i can't stand it.
Below is my settings.  Here is the errors I am receiving ...

!3/10/2023, 18:42:57: FETCH - Server reports error. The response is: -ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

I know it says it is a bad name or password but it is the same that I use for Outlook webmail.  Any thoughts on what i might try?  Sending is a different issue.  Any help would be welcomed ..

Quite a few users have reported problems when trying to use The Bat with Microsoft 365. It is unclear to me if anyone has ever fully gotten it to work.

Maybe you could contact Ritlabs' tech support staff directly (this being a user-2-user forum) through the Support menu above, and let us know if they have any helpful suggestions.
I volunteer as a moderator to help keep the forum tidy. I do not work for Ritlabs SRL.
THanks ... will let you know if i get it working
