back in march of 22 my isp changed over their email to use Office365. I was unable then to get working then and ran out of time (and patience). But want to get back to TheBat as it is the best email client and after using Webmail for a year ... i can't stand it.
Below is my settings. Here is the errors I am receiving ...

I know it says it is a bad name or password but it is the same that I use for Outlook webmail. Any thoughts on what i might try? Sending is a different issue. Any help would be welcomed ..
