Folder name display?, Can't tell which folder is open!

Is it possible to configure The Bat! so that you can see at at glance which folder is currently listed? You can, quite correctly, scroll the list of folders such that the highlighted folder is out of sight. I have used clients in the past where you could set the folder name to appear in the title bar. Is there any similar capability in The Bat?!?

Turn 'Workspace | Status Bar' on and you'll see the current account name there.

Unfortunately, only the account name is displayed on status bar. Folder name is not shown anyway.

Workaround:
Menu -> Folder -> Properties
(you can set shortcut for that).

Please, ask support about adding new feature to show name of the folder inside name of the window or in the status bar.

Another workaround is about using column with a name of the current folder (I do use this method, see an image below):

God question and good tips. I'm perpetually struggling to keep the folder tree fit inside the screen, I don't know how much longer I can hold on...

A few more tips from me, maybe they could be useful to folks with growing folder trees:

- Workspace -> Window Split Mode -> Full-height Account tree
- Options -> Preferences -> Other options -> Use denser display for items in folder and message lists

Thanks, yes, I do that in Virtual Folders that summarize messages from multiple folders, but it's wasteful of space in normal folders.

Thanks. I'm already using the full height folder pane. I've tried the "denser display" view but it's a little too cramped for my liking.

You can do this column outside of view and watch it with horizontal scroll when need it. There is no problem with it.

Nevertheless - ask new feature through support.
