The Bat! language translation is not efficient to use

[*] too many repeated words and strings
[*] not easy to edit strings, the editor box is small.

Where do you find any translation things in TheBat? Are you do right now spam here? Get ready to be banned.

I see that you are the new member of language translation team. So, here is my advice. You should use the LNG files editor & compiler tool from RIT Labs similarly to Excel sheet. You may change the width of editor field changing the column width, and then using F5 / F6 keys to navigate between untranslated strings. Put translated text by overwriting the original in appropriate cell.

I recommend you to use also an application to compare new and old translated files (e.g. WinMerge), then you will be able to easy correct errors using ordinary Unicode text editor (e.g. Notepad++).

Regarding content of LNC2 file you have to contact developers of The Bat! (not on this forum).

Hi Zygmunt,
I am using the LNG files editor & compiler tool, there is no problem with it. I just think the tool is not modern and highly efficient.

As far as I understand, are you do works about interface translation? As Zygmunt says - you do need to contact TB support. This is users forum. There is no any RitLabs employees here. Even if you will find post of some RitLabs man here - this is a rare ghost.

Hi George,
Thank you very much for this information, I had thought that official forums usually have official staff for support work.
So far it seems that you have taken on the very important job of communicating to users on the forums, thanks for all your hard work.

This is a user-to-user forum, where such is not the case.

The terms and nature of the forum are explained under 'Rules', where it reads: "Do not post the messages addressed to the developers of The Bat! or Ritlabs staff. You can contact Ritlabs by asking a question at the support center."
I volunteer as a moderator to help keep the forum tidy. I do not work for Ritlabs SRL.
