Why I can only download(receive) 12 emails when I have 800 emails in my archive folder in email server?

Hi,
Why I can only download(receive) 12 emails when I have 800 emails in my archive folder in email server?
I know some email program can setup only receive xx days email, but I can't find the same option in The Bat! What's wrong with my The Bat!?

pop3 - try dispatch mail on server feature (menu - account). please be aware that this window can be shows not so fast (known bug-feature) *
imap - are your archive folder is enabled to shows? (r.cl on email account name - manage imap folders)

Hi George,
My archive folder is a normal folder that I have created and named Archive Folder. Archive folder is enabled to show (checked box), there are 12 emails in this folder. But in fact there are 800 emails in the email server, I can see it from the web page.

Problem solved:
The email server web page has two solutions, the old GUI has an email download time period setting but the new GUI doesn't. I finally found the setting and corrected it.

I have a similar issue. I have moved a large number of messages to a local folder and deleted them from the server (using IMAP).
Then I manually compacted the inbox.

Now there are still over 1000 emails in the inbox on the server, but The Bat only shows the ones that arrived after the compacting. How do I make it redownload all messages from the server?

Hi Jens,
Have you tried move all emails from your local folder to inbox folder, then delete local email account and add the account again?
