Hey

I have updated TheBat! to the latest version. I have a problem with attachments.

1. They used to be on the left side of the viewed message. It was very convenient. Now they  are on the bottom, so I have to scroll all the way down to see them. Is there any way to change their place?

2. Double click with shift  does nothing - it used to open the attachments in Word/Adobe Reader.

3. Ctrl +S used to save attachments - now it opens printing?

4. Can I change the default folder of download? Without asking me every time where to save the files?

We need to have atachment panel with new preview and RitLabs engineers don't hear us. Attachments somewhere below is disgusting.
And we need to restore panel with mail headers too. Send them to support that they are don't right!

After the last update, it is not possible to open the .pdf at all. You can't print the preview automatically. Then I use Outlook, otherwise I can't work.

I presume you're using the new conversation view. Try right-clicking on the attached pdf, and sel ect "Attachment auto-preview" fr om the pop-up menu.

version 11 completely unusable. The preview is displayed, but nothing happens when printing, the program does not respond, a restart is necessary. The attachment cannot be displayed in the viewer. I've already solved it by switching to version 9.5, it's absolutely OK

I can confirm the print button for pdfs does nothing in the conversation view of v11.1, but I don't get any lock-ups. The classic preview pane works fine for me in all respects.

We are all can use it old preview panel. Don't forget about it.

Menu -> options -> preferences -> Viewer/Editor -> Use Classic Preview Pane.


Dear RitLabs employees! Don't you see that new preview is a total dust-heap and nobody like it? Please do new indexing-threads with old pretty look and fire in hell cauldron with this "new floor-cloth" things.

Hi guys.

I would still accept the new view, but yes there are many issues that need to be solved:
1. newest message at the top.. scrolling down is kinda odd
2. old messages need the option to be minimized... like in gmail.. they are not showing all the emails expanded..  you can expand, but only if you wish
3. with the new view, if I try auto preview a docx document all I get is a white screen.. nothing
   with the old view, if I try auto preview a docx document I see a word document
4. in new view if I disable auto preview, right click and open nothing happens
   in old view, if I disable auto preview, right click and open, a warning popup is shown and then the document is opened

All in all the switch to clasic view is golden.
