"Virtual folder name template must contain %Name"
"Connot focus a disabled or invisible window"
I have several mailboxes. In the configuration of each mailbox in the field
Virtual folder name template %Name is entered

Yes, this seems to be a known problem, discussed here: https://www.ritlabs.com/en/auth-forums/forum4/topic16392/

All I can think of is that there may be some bad interaction with an IMAP server if the virtual folders are present on the server side. If that is the case, a possible way to avoid them could be to use common virtual folders local to TB.

Other characters around %Name simply define how the name of the virtual folder is displayed. If one of these doesn't work, none of them will.
