Invisible cursor, I often can't recognize, where is the cursor while editing messages

I have a problem with the HTML message editor since version 10. I upgraded to version 11, but the problem still persists.
When I write a message, the cursor is mostly invisible, or it just flashes sometimes. So if I want to edit the text, I don't know where is the cursor. I want to delete or overwrite a piece of text and I delete a completely different part because I don't know where I clicked in the text.
I haven't found any settings where I can change this. Is there a solution? Thanks.

Sounds like the new HTML editor, I get that often, too.

Try the alternative (old) HTML editor and/or the plain text editor. You can switch between the three from the status bar of the message editor window. PureHTML = the new problematic HTML editor, RichText = the old HTML editor, Plain Text = plain text editor.

You can set RichText as the default HTML editor in Options -> Preferences... -> Viewer/Editor -> HTML Editor
You can set Plain Text as the default message editor in Options -> Preferences... -> Viewer/Editor

Sad news that RichText editor don't have a future. Good news - it alive.
I hate new html-redactor because it can't normally paste tables from Excel.
