How to stop the constant "blocking" in Home Edition 11.4.1, TB continually DELETES my writing

I've been avoiding writing emails and am now going to have to resort to writing emails in Word and then copying to TB because every time I edit, entire sentences or paragraphs are blocked and then deleted as I type or hit enter for a new paragraph.

Why is this happening?

How do I turn this off?

By 'blocked' do you mean selected?  If newly typed text deletes the 'blocked' text, that's what it sounds like.

Let me start by saying that v11.4.1 is said to be riddled with bugs, and other users recommend downgrading to v11.4 or preferably v11.3. It seems plausible that your problem stems from that too, so, you may want to give that a try.

If it doesn't help, I'd wonder...: does your mouse have a full battery? Did you install a new mouse driver or video driver or install any new hardware recently? Did you install or update any screen-related software? If you're using a HTML editor, have you tried using the other one?

I'm experiencing the same issue with this version.  My mouse is fine (new mouse, new battery, and works fine on everything else).  Will there be bug fix updates for this version soon?  Thanks!
