Can I revert to v10 from v11?, v11 is doing terrible things, can I revert?

Last night I updated from v10 to v11.4.2.1 (The Bat! Professional 64-bit). I don't like the look and I don't like its behaviour. My first question is whether I can go back to v10 without losing anything (including emails v11 has downloaded).

I accept that the look (e.g. huge boxes for recipients' names) is what it is, and I'll get used to it.

I was going to complain that draft emails keep disappearing when I change focus away from TB!, but I just discovered it's storing them under a separate icon in the task bar, so they haven't just been closed.

But the bigger issue is related to my 2 screens, I had some trouble before now it's worse:

My internal display is 3840x2400 (16") and external is 1920x1200 (24"). I tend to do routine tasks on the external just because it's bigger, though the internal is better for some graphics tasks. In TB! v10, if I start a new email on the internal, when I hit the paper clip for an attachment, nothing happened (I assume the popup opened somewhere it couldn't be seen). I had to hit ESC, drag the draft email to my external, then hit the paper clip (and it worked). If I started a new email on the external, I think it looked okay if I dragged to the internal.

Now with v11, if I start an email on the external, then drag it to the internal (so I can do something else on the external, whether go to a browser or just another email), the draft email is incredibly tiny and unreadable. I assume TB! is just showing 1920x1200 (if full-screen) within the 3840x2400 display, though the window appears slightly bigger than 25% of the internal display. Is this the expected behaviour, or should TB! be saying "full screen on the external will be full screen on the internal" (or 50% width becomes 50% width, etc.)?

If I drag the main TB! window to the internal, everything is also impossible to read. I tried exiting TB! then launching while in the internal, it did open in the internal but still impossible to read. I guess the type is x pixels high? I've attached a screen capture.

Is there any way I can make this functional on my internal? I haven't tested disconnecting the external, but the last one above worries me that I won't be able to use TB! on the notebook at all.

Thanks.

Yes, that should not be a problem. Take note of where your TB mail directory is (Options -> Preferences... -> System) and back it up (which you should do regularly anyway). Uninstall v11, install v10, and everything should be as it was before. If needed (which is unlikely), point v10 to your mail directory. The uninstaller will not touch it.

DO NOT try to install v10 over v11, that will not work, and you will enter a world of pain.

There is no need to accept the "new look", you can make TB look and feel like v1 if you want to. See here: https://www.ritlabs.com/en/auth-forums/forum4/topic14738/message56884/#message56884

This is probably due to a "fix" that was introduced in v11.3. "Better DPI awareness for systems with multiple monitors with different DPI" they called it, and broke the whole functionality, at least for some users. I remember there was a forum thread on the issue, but can't find it now. I suspect not much can be done apart from sending a ticket asking the devs to revert the changes (for starters).
