"Mailto" links open the editor in plain text mode., Different behavior from mailto links.

I have Thebat set to HTML editor. When I write a new message, it works fine. But when another application opens the new message window from a mailto link, it opens in plain text mode. Is it possible to change this? I don't know if something could be changed in the Windows registry, email by default.

You can change the default editor in Preferences > Viewer/Editor > Default text format of the Message Editor. Mark HTML option there and mailto: will open the editor in desired format.
