The Bat 12, PDF issue

The Bat 12, PDF issue, hebrew text in pdf is mirrored

English is shown fine. i've gotten used to the abysmal support of the bat of hebrew, but that's a new one... can anyone confirm and hopefully provide a solution? (i'm on windows 10 22h2, prior versions didn't have this problem).
