The Bat! v12.1, Windows 10 (with ESU). Planning to clean out some old mail accounts and want to keep a copy available.
I ran a backup from Tools > Backup. Went surprisingly fast but did finish cleanly. Destination folder was "C:\Users\Andrew\Documents\Backups (various)"
If I navigate to that folder in File Explorer, I don't see the .TBK (there's a .zip in the attached screen capture, I ran that first).
If I search This PC for .TBK, I get one result, in "C:\Users\Andrew\Documents\Backups (various)" (!)
The screen capture here shows both File Explorer windows, showing the difference. I blurred irrelevant stuff, and included Properties on the file that was found by search.
According to properties, the file isn't Hidden. Is there some reason I can't see the .TBK that's clearly there? (as far as I can tell).
Thanks.
