Exclude folders from mail count in task bar icon

Suggestion for a workaround, especially if you already have filters set up to sort incoming messages into folders: for the folders you don't care so much about, add the action "Mark the message as read" (under "Flags") to the filter.

That could kind of work but my main issue are spam folders from e-mail provider. Sure, I could automatically set them to read, but I like to check the folders for false positives It's weird to me that the option exists for the ticker, but not the badge since they serve (at least for me) similar functions
