Dear Support Team,

I am a new user of Bat professional. I am able to send the email using hotmail.com account. However, I am unable to receive/download the emails from the inbox. Below screenshots are showing the configurations I have made at my side. Appreciate your quick support on this.

With the below mentioned configurations This is the error message I am facing.
