If you didn't change your TB configuration, did you maybe change your virus scanner, firewall, spam filter, ISP or whatever?

Same Virus scanner:  Norton AntiVirus 2005
Same firewall:       Zonelab Pro
Same Spam Filter:    Bayes Filter v2.0.3
Same ISP:            AOL

Everything was working fine until 2 - 3 days ago, then I started getting the error message.

Well, if you didn't change anything, then I suppose AOL might have changed something. You could ask them, I suppose you still can send mail via some Web interface at AOL's.

But it looks like some authentication mechanism is needed.
