How do I delete auto fill-in/ auto-complete data?

How do I delete the auto-complete data that TheBat uses to fill in email addresses and Subject automatically? As well as cleaning it, is it possible to disable it?

Thanks

In the directory matching each account, you'll find a file account.his, delete that and your history is deleted.

You can disable the autocomplete function via:
Options -> Preferences -> System -> Autocomplete

You can choose between different options: no auto-complete, only from address books and address books and history, you can separately disable the subject autocomplete from history.

I was not able to find the file "account.his" anywhere on the computer. I see a bunch of other "account.*" files in my TheBat directories, but not that one.  I am using v3.60.07.

Thanks

i have the same question (for voyager)
Any news regarding this ?

Also, theres no such option in "preferences" menu..

thanks

The account.his file isn't present when you're using OTFE (and Voyager is doing that by default), the file should be called account.eis instead.
It goes for (almost) all account.* files that the first letter of the extension is changed into the E (for Encrypted) when you're using OTFE.

Thank you very much, that works.
Still, i dont see the option NOT to add adresses (to which i send mails) in this autocomplete...

Look at my first response in this thread and select an autocomplete option without history.
