Some UI translations don't work?

With v3.60.07, when I chose Options/Language/Hungarian,  nothing happens (the toolbar disapperas for a moment as it should, but when it comes back the UI still uses the previous language). Same with Hebrew and Estoniant. Most other languages work fine. Maybe there is no translation for them (but then why are they listed under Options/Language)? If so, can I do the Hungarian translation somehow?

Contact Alexander Petari on this subject. I don't know whether the Hungarion translater stopped or just is a bit behind.
