Big problem with The Bat, slow start, using cpu 90% etc etc....

Hi,
yesteday I upgraded The Bat from v3 to v3.62.14 and after that all working very very bad!!!!
First, I using the bat on my home pc (P4 3GHz, 1GB RAM, WinXP etc. etc., not some old pc) and after I upgraded The Bat to new version all problems started:

- on start the bat using 80-90% of my CPU (10-20 seconds) and nothing I can`t see, after that all start to work, I see the bat start image and after that I see the bat...I think that this is too much time for start software like the bat and this is too much cpu usage, better results I can get when I starting Corel or Photoshop....

- after start all look good but not good, click to "create a new message", still all look good and fast, write message and after that click to "put message in the outbox" and again waiting and waiting ~10 seconds and again 80% cpu usage and after that I see message in outbox, is this fast??

- also search function, if I select "Any part" in message and click to "start" again waiting, again cpu 80% etc...

this is only what is tested, maybe I have more problems...

But I have one more problem, now if I want back to old the bat version I HAVE SAME PROBLEM when I want create new message and put in outbox and 99% more problems...

What now?? Somebody know what is problem???

Also, when I receiving or sending messages I have very high cpu usage and all is slowwwwwwww...

Please somebody help me with this.

I can't confirm your complaints. What version are you using? What OS? What firewall? What AV product? Do you use any plug-ins with TB? What PC (speed, RAM) are you using? How many accounts? Is your message stored on a internal HD, external HD or a LAN drive? What type of accounts are you using (POP3, IMAP)? Are you using TB with OTFE (On The Fly Encryption) enabled or not? When is the last time you compressed your message base? When is the last time you defragged your drive? What's the size of your Inbox (both in messages and in MB)?

My TB starts reasonably fast and I've got more than 100000 messages in my message base, amounting to more than 1 GB, but my Inbox (a rather critical folder for TB, as all incoming traffic paases through it) contains a mere 173 messages, amounting to 12 MB.

In first post I writed all that info (my english is not perfect but I hope that you can understand me)...
Few more informations:
Firewall/AV = Trendmicro
No, I don`t use plug-ins
Very much accounts but after I upgraded TB I using only one TEST account in TB with only 2-3 messages...
Yes, internal HD.
POP3.
No, OTFE disabled.
I think that here is not problem with HD because all worked fine in old version and after upgrade all start to work and now when I back to old version again all working slow like in new version....

Now I see one log file with some errors (except.log):
Config:1 EAccessViolation Access violation at address 004425B4 in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address 00000008
(in this log file I have few lines like this, all same maybe this is problem??)

Now I try to install new TB version on same PC but on other user account (winXP) and I don`t know why but on this account all working fine, all is fast and normal...something is not good on my default account...

Somebody know what can be problem? How I can delete all on this account, all for The Bat, files, registry DB etc....all all...I know that TB don`t delete some files and something from registry DB after uninstall but I don`t know what...
