Discount vs e-Token activation?, The full price or discount?

Pro v3.62.14 with the discount (as a student) - will I get the e-Token activated? Or, should I pay the full price to have the activation utility to work? winXP-SP3 Pro, the Bat! v4.0.38

Pro with Seasons discount costs ~$12 for students. I'm not sure if this four-fold price reduction allows to have the full-blown professional installation with all the bells and whistles like e-Token encryption...) winXP-SP3 Pro, the Bat! v4.0.38
