Every time I create a new folder for one of my accounts, it creates a duplicate folder of the same name at the bottom of the folders list window; the dupe folder isn't linked to any parent account. If I delete the dupe folder, the one I created (its content deletes).

Any idea what I'm doing wrong when trying to create a new folder under an account?
