Manually include a pretyped message in the reply, Preset replies and include them manually in replies.

Hi,

I downloaded The Bat v2.12 and i'm trying it out.

I would like to know how to:
Create a preset reply, and then manually include it in the mail based on what the mails content is (with one click and not copy paste).

For eg: I'd like to have a reply like "What you've asked is addressed on our site" and save this somehow.

Each time I want to, i should be able to include this reply in the message instead of typing the message again.

How do I do this manually (remember not automatically because I want to read the mail and include maybe more than one preset reply).

Thank you,

The Bat Professional hangs on my system after recieving messages.

Actually this forum is about TB v3, but here goes.
Everybody who's reading this, please keep in mind that this won't work the same with the latest release.

Create a quick template (QT) with the text you want.
Options -> Quick templates  -> New
After you've created the quick template you can call it in the editor by typing the name of the QT followed by Ctrl+Space. (This works the same in v2 and v3)
You can also assign a shortcut to the QT. In v3 there's an 'Options' tab in the same window whereyou create/edit the QT and in that options tab you can assign a shortcut.
In v2 that was different (I'm doing this from memory). First you've got to start a new message (because the shortcut needs to be defined to the editor) and then you go to:
Tools -> Create shortcut -> QT (or something like that)
