In the course of setting up, importing and exporting I have accumulated many mail folders and files that exist in The Bat! mail folder in application data directory.  They do contain valid mail, verified with Windows properties tool.

However now only one of the folders is showing in the folder window (top left of The Bat application window).

How can I get the rest of these "lost" folders to appear in the folder window?
