Scheduler Button?

Not a big fan of Hotkeys, I just like to see a clickable button. Can this be done? and if so.... how??? Thanks!

View -> Toolbars -> Customise Select Container: Standard (toolbar) Available items -> Message Controller -> SmartBat add it with the button with the arrow to the right, now do the same for the scheduler that's listed below it.
